#42: Hank Fish’s Lighting Rental, July 2007

Lighting Equipment Rental Agreement

Payment terms and conditions for the rental of lighting equipment by Hank Fish (hereinafter referred to as “Renter”) from Freyr Industrial Equipment Rentals, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “F.I.E.R.”).

1. Rental: F.I.E.R. agrees to rent lighting equipment to Renter for use on his property from July 2, 2007 through September 28, 2007.

2. Rented Equipment: Three (3) 4000W Narrow Vertical Mast, Diesel Powered Light Towers

3. Payment Terms (F.I.E.R. will submit two invoices to Renter)

a. Renter agrees to pay F.I.E.R. 100% of the estimated lighting rental (excluding the labor estimate) no later than fifteen (15) days following receipt of the first invoice. The first invoice will be delivered by hand on the day of load-in, July 7, 2007.

b. Renter agrees to pay F.I.E.R. all labor accrued during the rental period and any and all additionals, overages, losses and damages added after submission of the first invoice no later than fifteen (15) days following receipt of the second invoice. The second invoice will be delivered via US postal mail following completion.

c. Payments should be in check form, made payable to Freyr Industrial Equipment Rentals, Inc., and mailed to:

4. This rental is subject to F.I.E.R.’s Standard Terms & Conditions, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

5. This Agreement (including to the rented equipment, term of rental, rental rates, and/or any Standard Terms and Conditions) may not be modified except in a writing signed by both parties
