#10: Request for Tree Removal
Briefly state the reason(s) for your tree removal request: I’m doing renovations to my house and the work trucks coming in and out are having a hard time getting around the tree. It’s to big for the road. Plus the leafs are getting all over my yard.

Summary: Upon inspection of the tree in question, I have chosen to deny this request for removal. The street area surrounding the tree has amply space for all types of work vehicles, despite Mr. Amaral’s statement. I have found no evidence that this tree is causing any major problems in the neighborhood. While this oak is unusually large for it’s species, it is my opinion that this tree is exceptionally healthy and robust for it’s age.
